The purpose of this program is to help coaches and other Self-Improvement Professionals be as hands-free with Twitter and Facebook as possible.  It's our philosophy that you, as the business owner, are the best person to develop relationships within your networks.  As a professional team of specialists, we will manage the rest.  We'll take on the responsibility of managing your systems and marketing campaigns on Twitter and Facebook.

1st Month of the program includes:

Initial Foundation Call.  You'll get an initial phone call with Kristen Beireis, The Marketing Implementation Coach and key members of the team who will be supporting you over the 6 months.  This foundational call is to get us familiar with your business and what you've been doing on Facebook & Twitter already, so we can get started with the work.  This call is also to start planning what we are going to be working on over the next six months.  We'll be strategizing ways to incorporate the marketing you are doing elsewhere into Facebook & Twitter.  We'll discuss any events or upcoming specials you may have coming up and create a plan for incorporating that into Facebook & Twitter.

A Facebook & Twitter Social Networking Systems Tune-up.  We'll look through your profile and see if there is anything  we feel is missing.  We'll look for missing connections for automation.  We'll look for branding consistency.  We'll evaluate whether your message matches your website and we'll make changes accordingly.  We may add customized graphics, plugins, programs etc...  We'll make sure all the basic "must haves" for both Facebook & Twitter are up to snuff.

Analytical Review.  We'll take a look at your current website statistics and provide an analysis that will give us a baseline to start with.  This will be the foundation for tracking our work over the next six months.  You'll get a full statistical report that has a "Plain English" explanation for your records.

Background Research.  We'll go through your website, old articles, newsletters, Facebook, Twitter and your blog to learn about you and your business, so we can create written copy that matches.  We'll look for target market, style of writing and anything that will help us keep your voice while marketing your business on Facebook & Twitter.

Strategy Call.  This is the first of our monthly calls, where we check in with what we've done and discuss with you any decisions that you might need to make about our work.  We'll also continue the discussion on what campaigns are coming up and how we'll incorporate that into Facebook & Twitter.

Strategy Calls.  Each month we'll continue to check in with you.  We'll let you know what we've done and discuss with you any decisions that you might need to make about our work.  We'll also continue strategizing how to add your other marketing campaigns into Facebook & Twitter.

Group or Fan Page Management.  We'll check in on your group or fan page 3 times each week and send any pertinant information to you.  Questions or posts that will be of value for you to respond to.  We'll also take care of any technical issues that arise and make sure that the group or fan page is working properly.

Group or Fan Page Marketing.  We're going to be looking for ways to market your group or fan page on your blog, Facebook and Twitter.  We'll create a graphic if you don't have one and we'll find places to post it, to attract new members.  Each month we'll be looking for ways to bring new members.

Friend Management.  In our foundation call, we'll help you come up with a solid friend management policy.  We'll use that to do the research necessary to determine whether you will friend or follow someone.  We'll also do some proactive friending and following.  We'll look for keywords that you specify and look for influential people that could help you get the word out about your business.   We'll take care of all Friend and Follow requests for you.  You'll be hands free (unless we need to check with you).

Conversation Starters.  As part of the first month, our professional copywriter will have gathered writing from you and studied it.  She will extract from your writing 3-140 character status updates that will be conversation starters each week.  We'll put those conversations out on Facebook and Twitter for you.  All you have to do is continue the conversation as responses come in.  She will also create a couple paragraphs each week to put out on your Facebook group or fan page, to get the conversation going there.  We'll let you know when something comes back for you to comment on, so you don't even have to check for the responses.  We call this responsive social networking.  We'll do the pro-active work, you just respond to what comes back.

Analytical Review.  At three and six months we'll take another look at your current website statistics and provide a comparative analysis, so we can see what's working and what's not.  We will use this to see what events brought more visitors to your website over time.  You'll get a full statistical report that has a "Plain English" explanation for your records.
